What Managed Service Provider means (to us):
In the technology world, to be a Managed Service Provider, is to take responsibility. We are confident in our engineers and in our offerings to be able to provide an infrastructure that is capable of being a set price delivered product.
This type of IT is not for the faint of heart. We must constantly be challenging our products and our engineers to be partners in our clients’ strategic business goals. This means quick and effective solutions are only step one. We must also understand our clients’ businesses, understand their goals, and walk beside them in their journey.
What it means to us to make the top 100 in the United States:
It is extremely humbling that the efforts of our team have been noticed on such a level. We strive to continually learn, to use innovative solutions, to be a company that our clients can rely on, and to be of service to others. These values keep us who we are, and who we want to be to our community. It is such an honor that others have found value who we are.
What vertical are we honored for:
We have been honored for having vertical in healthcare, which means that over 50% of our revenue is in healthcare. In 2006, our CEO, Whit Ehrich, was encouraged by two local doctors to start his own business, servicing them and others that they knew. Hill Country Tech Guys has grown to serve many different industries since then, using what we learned to provide effective solutions for reliable infrastructures.
